All products are handmade in small batches.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes begin once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Utterly Good Hair Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Utterly Good Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
