1. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All Utterly Good Hair Care products are handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of handcrafted products, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

2. PRICING

All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at our discretion.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping timelines begin once the order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Utterly Good Hair Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

4. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature of hair and scalp care products: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on any delivered product. Products with proof of delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Utterly Good Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

Our products are formulated using essential oils and botanical ingredients. Always review ingredient lists prior to use and perform a patch test. Utterly Good Hair Care is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
